A blonde is coming up on her 40th birthday and says to her husband..."Do you know what I'd really like for my 40th? I would like a facelift." The husband goes for the idea and off the blonde goes to see the town's best plastic surgeon.

The surgeon sees the woman and asks her if she would like a free facelift. She says sure but asks why it would be free. The surgeon says there is a new procedure that I would like to try out and if you're willing, I'll do it for nothing. He goes on to explain that rather than making any cuts on the face, they simply cut a slit at the top of the head, pull the skin up tight, then tie a knot with the excess skin. The beauty of it is there is no healing time and the procedure can be done over and over as you age. They simply untie the knot, pull up more skin, and then re-tie it. The other great part is your hair can be styled to hide the knot.

The blonde goes for it and the procedure works great. Every other year she returns and has it redone, until about 10 years go by and she returns one more time. The surgeon unties the knot, pulls the skin tight, and re-ties. The blonde goes to look in the mirror and returns to the doctor, puzzled. The doctor says "Whats wrong?" The blonde says "Doc, what are these bags under my eyes?" The doctor replies "Why those arent bags, those are your breasts."

The blonde stands puzzled for a moment and then replies "Oh. Well that would explain the goatee then!"
