O.K. Let’s see if we can pinpoint who is the real problem here. Is it the director (who was just trying to lighten the tension with a quick giggle)? The judge (who understands the pressures of modern life and the shortage of affordable child care)? The community that welcomed the center and its staff back and re-elected the judge to another term?
