As most of you know, "Real Bob" and Renae were in Florida for Turkey Run and some other assorted fun stuff. While in the West Palm area we, along with Ron C. got together for dinner and cocktails and afterward we took my new F350 for a quick spin. Here is a copy of the ticket - note the speed of the rocket ship when he "clocked" us. My radar never went off! At any rate I thought you all might get a laugh out of this one.

That's quite a ticket, how much was the fine?
George,I only got caught once a few years ago at 1 in the morning on my sport bike doing 80 MPH in a 40 MPH(open road,no traffic-foolish of me, i know).I took off my helmet, apologized for my excessive speed and officer ended up letting me go without even a warning.Lesson to learn,I guess!

Hey George.
I talked to you at the turkey run in 2002. You know I bought a silver 2001 Prowler. I had lots of fun with it in the USA and drive it for some month now in Germany.
My top speed was on Autobahn A3 near Frankfurt, little bit downhill , over 140mph. The fuel shot off hit sometimes in.
I will kick this out in the future and also put a locj up kit in the Transmission. But anyway, the Prowler is not very safe at high speed. I put a set of Aldan Hot Rod Coil Over shocks in the front in April. They are adustable, i like to have them softer.----- But here is a US Story.. I drove on highway 95 down to Florida. My friend drove in South Carolina to fast a a HWP Car was behind us. We had no time to discuss and Andreas put the pedal to the metal. At 148mp/h was the finish for our car. The Cop was not so fast , and I wonder, they quit at the North/South borderline and tuned in to the stateline welcome center.
The rest of the trip we drove like allowed 70miles fast down on 95.
Uhh , we had good luck.
( The last time I was stoped in Cleaveland Ohio and in 2 minutes I sat in the Back of a nice Chevy Caprice HPC with handcuffs on me. ).. still came out good of this situation.
