Isn't it funny that so many of the major car manufacturers are starting to see the light! Great show. Wonder if it will beat the new Viper?

I saw the Show too. Pretty Impressive!!! I'm not really a Ford Guy either, but I may have to consider this one. Thanks Matthew for posting the pics for others to see. What I feel is ironic, is the fact that Carol Shelby just recently finished his rendition of the high tech Cobra, called the "SHELBY". Ford"s version is better looking and faster. (IMO) It is great to see the Muscle Cars reappearing.

Easily, I would think too Norm.... if the GT is scheduled to go in the $140 range, with higher production #s and lower performance #s, then that should be a guide to where this one is headed. ME 4 12 by Chrysler, with comparable #s in the performance category is supposed to be somewhere above the GT and below the $400,000 range.

I'd probably agree but, if you read that link the vehicle will have no roof, no radio, and no side glass.

The intended target is also the vette and the viper so I would expect (hope???) that pricing would be similarly in line with those, hence the range of $50-75K.

They'd sell a million of them if it came in around $45K!!!!!

By the time the dealers get a hold of it and the limited availability i believe it will be in the 75 plus range and maybe even as much as 100K.

What Ford needs is a big boost with something. They sales have been declining for a while.
GT 40 is a winner but a limited production, limited market car.Saw it in person last year at the Indy and it is even better looking in person.
We'll see....next few years will be interesting!
