... going down the highway. I met some friends and their son at a University of Louisville basketball game this afternoon and when the 7 year old asked if he could go for a ride I threw the keys to his mom and told them I would ride with Daniel.Following them out of the parking lot and down the road was a blast. I got to watch everyone else looking at my Prowler and got to see my new wheels in motion for the first time. Also got to hear the exhaust at highway speeds and during acceleration. If you have a chance to follow your own Prowler down the road I would like to hear what your thoughts are. It was totally different experience than driving it your self. ------------------ 2000 Black with hand painted blue faded to purple flames

Very true Marty. I've seen my cars a few times while driving behind them - a whole different perspective. Very cool

Last Spring, at KY Speedway was the first time I had heard my car under acceleration. I was amazed at how loud the straight pipes were. I had seen the car in motion a few times but not often.

The first time i Followed my Candy was about a week after i got it. It was early November (2002) and my wife just came out the door with one of the Kids to take her to basketball practice. She says i'll be right back! Kind of stunned because Barb never drove it before i didn't say much. before she took off she asked a few simple questions. Nowing she had no idea about the nose of the kat and parking it i decided to follow her. Boy it looked sharp! But a mile or so down the road i noticed her going fast then slow etc. She slowed down and i pulled along side of her and she says to me this Car runs like crap! It doesn't want to go. A little confused i said do you have it in DRIVE! She of course say's I don't know, i think so. I get out and sure enough she has it in Autostick mode. I followed her to practice and the kat looked great and got alot of attention with all the kids at school when she dropped off her daughter. I go home and she arrives a little later and she says where's the switch for the Top?? I couldn't find it to put it up!!! She drove it one time again in Spring, same thing just comes out hops in and goes. She comes home with Top up she was cold, no latches hooked, amazing she didn't take it on the highway and have it blow off!!!------------------

Chuck, you may want to refrain from letting Barb drive the Viper once you get one. BTW that little red "START" button does not start the convertible top....and using the far left pedal to stop the car probably isn't ideal.

Marty, I have followed my Prowler a couple of times. No wonder others stare at the car when I'm driving. They are really cool and different. I'm still glad I own one.

I am glad I was riding in another vehicleinstead driving. It would have been a really bad story if I was driving and wrecked looking at my own vehicle. It was a most enjoyable 20 minute ride. Plus the smile on Jacob's face (7 years old) was worth it, too.------------------ 2000 Black with hand painted blue faded to purple flames
