Ed,
If you can afford to buy that "you can walk on water" and don't need ski's.

The problem with vehicles that try to be the best of two different worlds is that they tend to be mediocre in both.
It's horrible as a boat and I'm sure several things are lacking as a motor coach to accomodate the boating aspect.

For $1.2 million (the cost of that RV) I'd prefer to by a custom land only coach for around $900K and spend $300K on a terrific 35-40' boat that goes 35+ knots.

But..... How are you going to haul that 35-40 ft boat around the country with you???? That's where it becomes a problem.

Never seen a 35-45' cigarette boat being hauled around? Of course those would go about 70-90 knots.

Ummm yeah.... You said a 35kt boat..... That would be a small motor yacht.... which is 35-45 ft. I don't think you can easily haul one of those around. Plus you aren't going to get that kind of luxury in a off shore cigarette boat.

True, I wasn't thinking I'd need to haul both around but, I see large cigarette boats hauled all over the place and for great distances for poker-runs. I mean come on, you are already driving a 45' motor home, if you can get around in that, pulling a boat isn't that big a deal.

While some cigarette boats, I think, are laviously appointed (look at the Donzi's), you are right they won't have all the luxury that motor home has.

BUT,

You won't have that much of a boat (more like a barge) with that motor home.

And, while the say it is balanced and only has a draft of 3.5 feet, look at all that windage and height. I've broached on sailboats with drafts of 8-10' with alot more ballast farther under the water then that thing.

I'd hate to get out on a lake and a strong blow come up. Over you go. Look at it's height versus width too. It's a cereal box on it's side in the water.

Plan the firm, that constructs the motor trainer, who is explained also in the video, that has it on fast boosting sponsons. That should prevent it of just as turning around. Also for your information. They can drag no 35 foot cruiser around. Why do you think that it costs therefore it much to repositionieren?

Your a DORK!!!
