Well, it seems everybody is getting in on the bandwagon these days. First it was Calvin Klein, then Jaquelyn Smith, then even Paul McCartney's daughter. They all have their own clothing lines out now. I guess it would just follow that Michael Jackson would want in on the act too. Now Michael Jackson has his own clothing line out... Men's suits. And, if that pans out, and becomes successful, he'll be expanding his business and will be going into boys pants.

By the sound of the news today, unfortunately...he has already been there and done that.

I bet his new line is in orange or has stripes.

What is really sad is that some parent would let their kid within 50 yards of Jacko or Jackal.

The evidence is clear this time,,,,,,,they found a piece of his nose in the kid's b***. Not really funny,,,just the start of the jokes going around about that weird, sick bastard. He was so talented, but went off the deep end.
Sad, very sad. Will be interesting to see if money once again will keep him out of jail.

Can't buy himself out this time. After last time (~1993) California passed a law because of this (specifically Jackson) whereby once allegations are brought forward, you can't buy off the accuser and the state will force the accuser to testify.

Only chance for him is a very good lawyer but, he has so much dirty and history on himself, even that may be an uphill battle.

Ironic he was working on a video with R. Kelley (who has his own rape troubles) called, "One More Chance"....

I would like to think of it as "innocent until proven guilty"but public opinion certainly differs.

I would like to think of him as being guilty till proven innocent. Michael called me today and said it was all a little misunderstanding he will turn himself in today and explain it all and it will all go a way.Most people don't under stand it's not as bad as it seems he tell me.this will all blow over. (NO PUNT INTENDED)

"innocent until proven guilty" only applies in a court room.

In the court of public opinion, I think most folks with common sense realize this him for what he is, a 45 year old man who thinks he is Peter Pan, admits on national TV he sleeps with boys, and is completely bizarre.

Kind reminds me of Howard Hughes in his later years. Completely disassociated from reality.

Sad thing is, IF he turns himself in, he will probably get off on some technicallity.

Idive-All,

In addition to the new Jacko clothing line, Micheal has published a new book:

"The In's and Out's of Child Rearing"

------------------

Sorry, I couldn't help myself...my sister told us that joke tonight at my Dad's 75th Birthday Party and I just couldn't hold back

Pretty sick subject........

On the Today show this morning, they were interviewing the Uncle of the child who brought charges previously. The family had filed a civil suit and accepted $20 million in an out of court settlement. The interviewer asked why they accepted the money instead of pursuing the criminal charges, which then might have prevented anything else from happening (if he was proven guilty). The uncle just passed it off on the authorities saying that "they" didn't pursue the charges.............yeah.....right.

From the Tonite Show with Jay Leno:

Jacko was arrested under the new California law:

Three tykes and your out!

*****************************************************

I figured he would walk out of the courthouse right away, without spending even an hour in jail. Was hoping that they would stall him awhile, and let him sit in the holding tank with some of the brothers. Darn it!

As much as I want to throw the blame completely Michael's way, I can't. What parent in their right mind would allow their child to spend nights or even unsupervised time with any adult sleeping in their bed. Especially with Michael's past history. Parents need to start stepping up to the plate and taking care of their children to protect them from things like this. Granted they can't protect them from everything - but come on, a little common sense parenting would be a good thing! Tami

The family of the first boy were rich before they settled out of court. After filing charges, the dad was beat to a pulp. While they couldn't prove an connection, they timing was clear. They also were aware that the defense attorneys would shred their son on the witness stand.

Look what attorneys are doing to the girl that Kobe supposedly raped. You'd think she was a street walking whore. And even if she was, No still means NO.

Watch what Gerragos does to this boy and you will see why some folks don't ever bring these things to trial.

In the case of this boy, he doesn't have a choice now. After the last MJ incident, California enacted specific laws so once charges are levied, they will be followed through regardless of any settlement. This was enacted specifically BECAUSE of MJ.

I agree, parents should be more responsible but, a mistake on any parents part is not a green light for a pedophile.

Watch and see how MJ's attorney's try to throw blame their way instead of MJ.

In the case of this boy, at that time, he was a dying cancer victim. If that was my son, regardless how hairbrained his dying wish was, I'd have helped him see his dream.

What kind of sicko takes advantage not only of an innocent child but, a DYING ONE?????

From what I'm hearing on the radio,,,,,the boy's family is a classic dysfunctional family assortment of wing nuts. Assault charges, abuse charges, divorce charges, neglect charges, and broken order of protection charges. If true,,,this case isn't going to fly far in court JMO. Beyond a reasonable doubt? In California?

And now I'm hearing the usual race card BS. The Jackson family sure didn't resist taking the $$$ from the white, brown, and yellow fans buying their albums and making them wealthy,,,,,,,,but now we are racists. Come on, get real.

And the spin from Gerragos begins. I'll bet in a few weeks the news media will have that poor boy be a raging homo that was after MJ and has starred in several kiddy porn flics.

See, the thing with spin is, even if totally false, it gets the idea out there. Confusion and doubt is what the attorneys want.

Which is why the media is portraying Kobe's accusser as a street walking whore that liked it rough. Spin.

The facts we do know is that:
1)MJ is NOT straight;
2)His behavior is bizarre to say the least;
3)He admits to "sleeping" with small boys;
4)Other allegations like this have come up before involving small boys.

As far as the boys family, dysfunctional? O.K., I guess that means divorced. That means about 80% of US families are dysfunctional then. Assault, abuse, and neglect sometimes are all used as tools in a nasty divorce case.
But for arguement sake, lets assume the dad has prior convictions for armed robbery or selling pot. Does this make his sons claims any less valid???

From what we have heard, the family didn't come forward with these charges, the boys psychiatrist (under the law) had to report what he was told by the boy in his sessions.
The boy was seeing the psychiatrist for a sleeping disorder after going through kemo, the after effects, and such. This was about 1-2 years after this happened with MJ.

If this were a true money grab, I think the family would have brought charges themselves and alot sooner.
