We did most of the work ourselves. The next upgrade will be a 2 post lift, internet access, phone, intercom, and a refrigerator. I already have the "wall of sound" stereo system in place. All of it had to be removed and regraded. We split the driveway into a "Y." The old garage is to the right and is now the "woodshop."
