I have seen several "Kats" with their rear frame has been polished and think that looks good but was also thinking if the frame could be painted or powder coated. Has anyone tried anything like that to change the look from the back?------------------ Chrome Transmission Cover & Front Fairing/Signal Assembly by Gary, Aluminum Front Body Protectors from Real Rod,(Front Bumpers Removed). Hi PAH,Can't help with the powder coat / paint frame question...but.... I can with confidence, diagnose your current condition, you have been stricken with "Prowlagude Fever"! I remember very well that night in August at Pappadeaux resturant in Denver. You were excited about getting your Orange the next day. You stated with confindence that you were "staying original all the way". Don't be ashamed, it's not your fault, diseases such as "Prowlagude Fever" can strike any Prowler owner at anytime without warning. The only cure is to let friends and family know what you want for your birthdays/Christmas - get a second job and let "Prowlagude Fever" run it's course. Don't get well soon JWD and Chromer ------------------

We have an owner here in the South Texas Chapter that had his painted. In fact, I think he said the whole undercarriage was done. I'll let him tell you how he likes it...

Well Chromer, I was wondering what that was, it seems every time I look at my "Kat" or at anyone else's I see different things that I might want to do. One of the guys here in Denver who owns a black Tie has built his own front signal lights with after market bumpers form a AC cobra and Harley lights. Haven't seen it yet but sounds neat, also like the hardtop that Marc has so I guess I need to let Santa know. HA HA.
