Reba - your man Marty made it to Phx this afternoon,,,no fires here for him to dodge. MadMax and I took him to dinner,,,,don't worry, he had only two glasses of water and a veggie plate for dinner. I think he lost two lbs. just eating dinner with us  AC |

Fix - Marty is tied up in work for the next two days, then heading home. Do you think Reba will know I was lieing about the water and veggie plate for dinner?  |

Finally back home and trying to catch up on missed posts here. Had a great time at dinner with with Alley Cat and Mad Max (they bought!) and can't wait to pay them back if they visit here - we have a new White Castle just two minutes from our house! Lethia's new Prowler has already lost it's windshield wipers and sun visors! The Mad Max Prowler has the deepest shine I have ever seen on a kat - don't forget to email me the names of the three products you use! Those poor Phoenix people were freezing - it only got up to 88 & 89 degrees the 3 days I was there - down from 104 a week earlier AND they were predicting cold high temps of upper 70's by late in the week! ------------------  |

MARTY Great to meet you! Be sure to give me a yell when you are back in town... Regarding the polish and wax for your BLACK CAT .... If the finish is very badly scuffed use Presta (brand) Micro cut.... For a clean deep shine I like the 3M (brand) Polishing pad glaze,part #0151131-05996.. I have good luck buffing with a 3M gray waffle pad, polishing between 1500-2000 RPM....... For a haze free wax,the Presta - BESTWAX,is easy to use and seems to leave the clearest deepest shine i've ever managed.... After 20 years of Black cars and motorcycles I've found a lot of products that do not work very well!! For detailing, after you use a california duster or washing,the Meguiars Final Detail (pink stuff in gallon jugs) works really well on black with the meguiars microfiber towels....
