A Company in Sweden has released it's own version of the Prowler dubbed the T6. Engine is behind the passenger cabin. Body is aluminum and hood is made of carbon fiber. Weighs 2425 with a twin-turbo Volvo Motor for about 300Hp. |

Copy cat yes "but" the way some folks have been heavily modifying their own prowlers, this is what the end result may look like. |

Very interesting looking! Kinda makes you wonder if you could drop that engine into a Prowler(would make for an interesting mod to some)! |

Not a shot at anyone from me Bob G. I do not know what anyones particular car looks like. Not into all that. I browse POA for the tech advice and not customization of my car. I love the Prowler exactly the way it came off the line, bumpers and all. But I have seen some photos browsing the POA where someone will change the hood, panels, back end, grills etc with really radical changes that tends to make the Prowler, well, not look like a Prowler. We see it with every Civic, Supra, Accord out there these days. You have to do a double-take to determine what it was originally. The last thing I want to do is turn this beautiful car back into a 33 Highboy (which I would love to own one day). Ponder this: How many people do you think would order the rear end on this car if they could easily bolt it on their own Prowler? How many people do you think would order this round glass roof if they could? How many would order the lights or grill pictured? Some may not like the car as a whole but would probably take pieces from the T6 to make their Prowler stand out a little from the rest. There is nothing wrong with individualism, our clothes, hair and even our cars. I have done it myself with my 3000GT. Pleae do not take this as a pot-shot. I do not know you or your car. But I would gladly give anyone a comment about what I like or do not like about a change if they want to hear it. I know many that I would ask would tell me right off the bat that they can not stand the original bumpers on the car. |

Un don't take what I said the wrong way, a lot of people keep the Prowler stock, we have just short of 12000 cars made and Friday last week I just put the 600th customer in my data base after 4 years. My car has a lot of changes some subtle and some not but I can say I have a couple of more to go! ------------------ |
