It's amazing the press they get with nothing under the hood. In Last weeks paper the write up talked about the HP and quickness of the SSR with it's 3.5 V8. I have never heard of a smaller V8 in my life. Gordon

Interesting ... Automotive News has a several page story on GM plans spanning out to 2007. No mention of this vehicle there. On the plus side there was this : Aztek: GM has no plans for a redesign. The end for the ugly-duckling vehicle likely will come in late 2004. ------------------

Interesting, GM is starting to come out with some interesting vehicles after 20 years of bland. It's too bad the DC has stifled the creative side of Chrysler - they still have a few half decent vehicles in the pipeline, but it is a far cry from the Viper/Prowler/PT combo over the last decade (not to mention concepts Copperhead, Atlantic, 300N Hemi, etc)

SSR will have a 5.3L V8, 290-300hp. I think 3.5L was a misprint
