...Chris Penn was found dead in a Santa Monica residence on Tuesday, according to a report from TV station KABC. The burly brother of Sean Penn was 43.
No foul play was suspected, according to Santa Monica police.

One of his first film roles was in "Rumblefish," and he went on to appear in films including "Reservoir Dogs," "Footloose," "Corky Romano" and "Mulholland Falls." In 1986, he appeared with his brother Sean and mother Eileen Ryan in "At Close Range."

Penn had a recurring role in series "The Brotherhood of Poland, New Hampshire" and also appeared on shows including "Seinfeld,", "Will & Grace" and "Entourage." His latest roles were in Sundance pic "The Darwin Awards" and upcoming films "King of Sorrow" and "Aftermath."

Thesp, who grew up in Malibu, is survived by Sean; his brother Michael, a musician; and his mother. His father Leo, a director, died in 1998.

His first wife was Meg Ryan and he helped save PVT. Ryan. Tami Faye, the poor dog stutters and you are giving him grief. You ought to move to the Chicago area. lol

I figured it must be a SS LL OO WW newsday. First to bother reporting the death of someone I never even heard of and then double typing words to fill the minimum so you get paid. I guess in order to type a newspaper column you need 200 words or so. lol
Then he blames the poor dumb dog.
