http://www.chrysler.com/aspen/gallery/ I received an e-mail today annoucing the new Chrysler Aspen SUV. Take a peak if you have not seen this yet. Looks like it is built on the Durango platform. |

I think the front end is better looking than the Durango and I own one. |

AC the Aspen appears a full size SUV where the Caliber is smaller. The Aspen appears to have the Durango body with different styling cues. This message has been edited by BeWare on 01-24-2006 at 08:52 AM |

Caliber is a replacement for the Neon....the Chrysler Aspen is an upscale Durango...chrome/wood trim etc etc.....I was very impressed with it at Detroit, and the crowd seemed to respond very well to it also....nice job by DC... |

At the risk of starting trouble, I will just say that "I don't get it" when it comes to SUVs. My minivan will do everything an SUV will do except for the ground clearance and do it for 10 grand less and get 10 mpg better mileage and ride better to boot! I will admit that my Town and Country has zero coolness factor, but I don't see an SUV as being all that "cool" either. I guess I just don't get it!! |
