While my son was home on leave for the holidays, we made a trip to the Walter P. Chrysler Museum. They have a special display called Hot Rods - Cool Mods. It started October 8, 2005 and runs through August 20, 2006. It features more than two dozen exquistely crafted, exotic vehicles that showcase the past, present and future of the customization hobby. The collection of hot rods, rat rods, resto-rods, tuners and "blinged" vehicles salutes the Chrysler vehicles and designs that have inspired personalization, as well as the creativity of Mopar enthusiasts and the many ways they've enhanced their vehicles over the years. If you live in Michigan.....you should definitely check it out. If you're here on a visit and have time, take the time. Looks like it ends the day after Woodward Dream Cruise, so we could make a special trip during our Prowler event then, also. Here are a few pics........

CJ, great idea for making that a trip during Dream Cruise (speaking of, when is it in August?) ... I remember that Howler from SEMA the one year -- pretty cool with those wheels! Great shots, thanks for sharing.

Any idea why DCX didn't go into production with the Howler?
