not here...

No one seems to be listening, Halicat ... they are all on the ground looking up at "run of the mill" chrome work on grilles and one ear is stuck to the pavement whilest the other is pinned under the chin of the Kat ...

By the way ... when driving in front of Red5, who has the door edge 'chrome' grille ... it looks the same from a distance as mine (actually chromed) does ... and I bet, the same as the ultra expensive version too ... kinda reminds me of the Sear's approach of; Good, Better, Best ...

1. Halicat, your right. This thread is getting trashed, I apologize for my part in it. It should have been posted in another area possibly. Also, Obi Wan, (my friend) is not a supporting (paying to advertise) vendor on this site. Possibly that can change too.
2. Blackcat, your right on the money, thanks for putting it in a more clear fashion.
3. TUIB, thanks for the work on Amanda's wedding pic. I am sorry I brought the issue into this thread, it deserves it's own.
4. Halicat, it's your last post, and others like it that make people shy away from posting, either here, or especially in the classifieds. I haven't looked real hard but I have yet to see one thread that does not have some (person) either knocking what is for sale, or the price, or something.

The effort I did on your behalf,(at your request), to contact Scott to get your tranny cover, (which is the highest priced on the market I belive). Well, it's just funny you should be posting what you do.

Ok, I think I'm done, don't know why I wasted my time on here. More important things in life. It's post like these that drive more people away IMO. Such a shame.

Bring on the jokes, innuendos, about looking under the fins. All the things that make little minds feel superior.

Truth is, blackcat said it best.

You get what you pay for. If your happy with that, so be it.

JD... I did thank you for speaking to Scott on my behalf and helping me get my money back....a number of times...

what I find funny is that you bring it up at all... knowing the facts, as you do...I would think you would want to leave this sleeping dog lie...Scott is my friend as well, so I will not speak of this again.

I don't think I discourage anyone from posting, on the contrary, I think it is encouraging to know that there are those of us that speak out when others snob about mods... like the grill treatment...... I love mine and I know there are lots of owners that have the same thing....and they like theirs..

its no more complicated than that.......

your right ....this thread suks hard...

your right ....there are much better things to do...

I've got nothing to hide as to what went done with you and Scott. Everyone is responsible for their own actions.

Also, I didn't see any post knocking the other grills. On the contrary. Show me where?

If this post was in the classifieds, it would get slammed just as bad.

If somebody wants a cheap grill go for the door trim on the fins. I've seen many of those and they look just as good as the price. As A matter of fact they're kind of an insult at about 20 bucks. Yah gets what yah pay for.

Gheezzz Bill,,,,That's kind of a slap in the face to me for introducing the AC Chrome Grill Treatment system. Here is a picture of Just JP's black cat with the AC Prowler Trash door trim molding installed:

OK,,maybe not "show quality",,,,,,how many show their cars in a truely tough judging car show contest,,,other than George Maxey and Performance West's Prowler?

It's obvious that this thread has gotten way out of control. I would suggest that all involved re-read The Rules of the POA to which you all agreed to abide to.

Looks nice but way to much for a grill, not much of a mod for that much, thats more than half what I paid for my hardtop.
