Ed-I was pulling for the Bengals. Oh well.... Colts sure appear to be the class of the league. The Panthers went to 7-2 with a win over the Jets. Jets had 6 turnovers. Some caused by good plays by the Cats, some just gifts. Jets in it until the 4th and then just got worn down. Neither team looked real sharp, but a win's a win.

Colts by 10 - sorry Ed! The Bengals are having one of theirbest seasons in years (decades?) but I don't think they can stop the Colts offense.

The offensive linemen couldn't protect Trent Green. Chiefs can't do too well if Green doesn't have protection. Offensive line playing hurt. Holmes lost for the season, maybe for good.

BGG-Hope Holmes' NFL days are not over. Great player and seems to be a good person. On the hand - He does take a beating with his running style, plus he is not a younster by NFL standards.

Ed, I just sent you an email. It is some great pics of the cheerleaders. I got it from Butchcee today. Enjoy. Woody Hayes would not mention the name, just that school up north. Buckeyes will win BIG.

The Colts are definitely good. They are well rounded. The Jungle is alive for the first time in 15 years. The Bengals had a bye week. They are rested. Chad Johnson is the real deal. Carson Palmer is the real deal. The defense against the run is shaky at best. The secondary has 20 interceptions so I would say they are pretty good. The Colts will not run away with it. They might win, but it won't be a rout. Both offenses are potent. It will be a great game, I think. Marty, just for that I am going to start rooting for the Bearcats over U of L in basketball. lol

Ed, It still boils down to who shows up to play. Mentally, that is. Both teams being as good as they are, it's who is prepared better mentally. Could go either way. And, don't count out a "Blow-Out" either. We've seen it happen to other teams.

One of the local high school teams that is in the same league as my alma mater won and advances to the State Semi Finals. Ohio State CRUSHES Mighigan, Again. U of C wins its opener in Basketball for the 40th straight year, 1500th win overall. Today the mighty bungles play the Colts at 4:15. Could be a clean sweep this week-end. BCGG says I should not rule out the fact the Bengals could blow them out, also. lol

Neither team could stop the run and did not do all that great at Pass defense either. Both have great offense, on the ground and in the air with exceptional QBs and receivers. It was an exciting game.

Meandmykitty & Ray:Da' Bears front four put it on the Panthers. That's the first time this year a team has pounded the Panthers up front on both sides of the ball.
