NO I'M NOT UPSET AT ALL, I MADE UP THE MONEY WITH THE INSURANCE COMPANY FROM THE TOTALED LANCER AND OF COURSE THE SOX TICKETS, I ALSO JUST RECEIVED TODAY A CHECK FROM A CUSTOMER THAT PAID ME A 3RD TIME FOR THE SAME INVOICE ($594.00)CAN YOU SAY $1782.00, YAH AS I ALWAYS SAID WHAT GOES AROUND COMES AROUND, NO JESSE I'M NOT UPSET

I would like to see Rick's reply to those that posted on the comment above. I would think that we would all agree that we hope that those visiting the POA site don't think we condone this. I wish Bucknekkid did not pull his post as it was so well written and to the point.

Rick do you really think it is appropriate to collect monies from someone three times on the same invoice and call it a windfall?

Sorry all but this has not sit will with me since I read it and I truly have not seen any contrition from MEANDMYKITTY. Also why do you use CAPS in all your posts.

Once you start, where will you draw the line? People here post about street racing and many have posted about speeding (some over 125 MPH). Then there is drinking at POA events - should POA members take a position on people drinking around our cars? OMG - Bob Goetz mooned some other POA members from a pontoon boat - are we going to ban him from the site? There are many more examples that could be brought up.

I have my wife, kids, other family members, 2 ex-wives, a boss, coworkers, clients, members of my church, my doctor, the IRS, and a host of others all watching over me and out for me - I don't need POA to do the same.

This is a car site. Things posted here that are not related to Prowlers are secondary. JMO

I do agree that I wish Rick would quit posting in all caps- its hard to read.

I respect your position and am not looking to be policing our site and never suggested that anyone be banned. However since we all purchase items from each other and integrity and trust are needed to accomplish this without any problems I think it is important that we believe in the character of the person or persons on this site.

I guess part of the issue is that I put a lot of emphasis on giving and getting respect from others and this post sure has caused me to lose any respect I would have given this individual.

All I asked was for him to explain his position.

This too is just my opinion humble or not.

Dizzy ... make a mental note, don't buy anything from Rick and there will be no problem if you are concerned. Aside from that ... move on, in my opinion. He doesn't "owe" you an explanation for his post -- take it as "hot air" as many others tend to expel on here as well ... heck, so many boast about all their cars they have and no one asks outwardly how they came by them ... maybe they are charging quadruple on their invoicing practices?? I really don't care ...

Marty summed it up ... let's just leave it at that ... this seems like a personal attack on Rick by you Dizzy ... is that YOUR style?

If I felt as strongly as you seem to on this I'd like to suggest you try to communicate off the board by PM or email to resolve the situation. Maybe once he hears your point of view he will edit his post. Maybe he will blow up and tell you it's none of your business. Whatever the case, in my opinion I would like to see an attempt to settle it off the board rather than publically here. That's just the way I feel about it.

Not sure why you think this is a personal attack on Rick as I don't even know him personally. I do know however that he is the one who boasted about receiving payment for the same item three times. I was not the only one by the way to post replies about this comment as I saw two others of which one was deleted. I have made that mental note you spoke of and will not buy anything from him thank you very much.

No I am sorry as you are misquoting me as I never said anyone "owed" me anything and I did not attack anyone I questioned how anyone could think it is OK to receive payment for one invoice 3 times and rejoice about it. Then in the same post to say that what goes around comes around.

As for his post not being any of my business he made it everyone's business when he posted it. It is on the net and not directed at anyone individual so it is open for discussion.

Just wanted to let you know that I agree with you a 100% on this issue. Amazing that someone would post on the Prowler site that he’s a thief and then brag about it. I guess what’s surprising is that all these guys came to his defense, saying it was nobodies business! Certainly has convinced me to never deal with this guy. (I hope I never meet him as I’m sure that I’d probably tell him he’s a dumb *** /thief). Anyway, you were absolutely correct for calling this guy on it. Too bad there are people on this site that think this is OK.

I would send you a Private Message to respond to your latest post but now that you are posting other's email messages that they obviously did not want posted (as it should be in my opinion) I have doubts whether a Private Messege would stay private so even though I told myself I would not post on this anymore, here I am.

This entire thread is exactly why I believe issues like this should be handled off the board if at all possible. My posts here have not been about coming to someone's defense or being judgemental either way. If you are worrying about what others will think abour POA buy reading the post you questioned, how do you think they will view all the crap on this thread.

OK - I'm done posting on this - period - and will get back to having fun.

I did not posted an email and did not post whom that email came from and I thought it was pertinent to the subject at hand. I actually sent the individual an email back saying I wished he would post his opinions on the board. This is why I did not identify who the email came from. The reason I have kept this post up is because of the comments of the original issue, as well as many other POA members who seem to think it is a personal vendetta which it is not. The attitude this person has shown to me and as far as I am concerned everyone else who is a member or guest on this site is amazing. To justify his comments by saying they are not intended for me is ridiculous.

So if you want to discuss this off the board that is fine but I will respond to any and all comments made to me on this subject.

Now this is really funny, and you think your upseting me with your jabs. Glad to hear all your family enjoyed the posts and the fact that you think it is OK to steal from others.

As for a nut house, I don't remember ever being in one but if I was I guess maybe I would not want to. Never lived in a hole either.

I agree about crazy people and prowlers but we have crazy people everywhere and they drive other vehicles as well.

Oh and by the way if you look closely you will notice if you understand grammer that I am Dizzys HoTToy, not dizzy. I guess age is a matter of opinion but I would not label myself as a kid and not quite an old fart yet either but getting closer.

My business is doing quite well thanks but I always want to sell as many copies of my magazines as possible. Thanks for the thought of me selling more.

Sorry again I don't read People magazine either and actually don't read many magazines at all but love to read books.

Last thing I will say you made your post everyone's business when you posted it in the forum and to laguh and think it is OK to steal would lend me to believe you should be the one crawling undere a rock and hiding. You can ignore whatever you want but you can't hide from who and what you are.

By the way JMHO.

And by the way it was not a PM it was sent to my email account. Funny now that Rick posted the exact same thing in his post and then felt compelled to send me the same in a PM.

Got to love it. I am the bad guy for all of this but hey that is OK I can live with that.
