after I asked about some of his products and pictures.

Hi and thank you for the correspondence.

I can't really figure out what happened. Seems odd to me.

Apparently Mike Krehel, who I understand is the owner of POA,
has banned me from the POA site.
So, I am sorry but I have no way of putting up any photos.
I heard he is not going to allow any of the POA members to
even talk about my store.

I am sorry but I do not have any control over that.
However, I would appreciate it immensely if you could post a
short note that I am unable to post any more. And if people
have any questions please feel free to email directly.

But I can tell you that I stand behind my products and
my policy is Love it or Return it!
It is that simple.

Let me know if I can answer any questions for you in the future.
Very Best Wishes!
Chris

Doesn't seem fair to ban him to me.

What ever happened to competition in the market....
I think that if we are not going to allow this vendor on the POA then we are making a mistake. What happens if a vendor come along and has products that we all need or want and he doesn't meet the POA'S approval, does this mean that we all have to suffer... not me...
I make my own decisions to buy what I want including A Prowler.

I think that as it is our merchandise is limited and frankly very boring and I for one welcome the other vendors especially if they can get the goods to me and have a return policy and there stuff is of good quality.
I haven't been around that long but it sounds to me like there is a monopoly on this site and with respect I think that, that is important to control what goes on on the site but to "Black Flag" a dude because he is a competitor....
Well You have my opinion

It's not about competition. You're stating your objections when you don't know the whole story. Thee are other threads on this subject but it's my opinion Chris should direct his emails to Mike concerning his situation and not keep up this email campaign to POA members.

Marty I have been reading about this junk... and I know about the DC registration and so on But this is a classic case of sour grapes because this guy has a domain name that we want and maybe he doesn't want to give it up... I have a similar situation in the real world and if they don't come up with some serious $$$ then guess what ... well you know ... its called competition

Marty ... I agree in that "we" probably don't know the whole story, but it would be nice if "we" did. And maybe "he" is directing communication to M.K. as well, but is not finding a receptive audience. I sure as heck would do all that I could do if I had products that there were markets for (just ask Rick how he likes his chintzy piece of crap -- it looks VERY nice, actually) but was being singled out just because of a "creative choice" in naming the place where you could by them. I don't even see how this IS competition because the two "places" don't sell ANY of the same stuff, and "his" stuff doesn't have the coveted DC logo (as far as I can tell - Rick added his own to the C.P.o.C). Near as I can tell, he just "upset" the wagon cart and from "his" Email to Snoman, has made amends by offering to change "his" locale's name ... whatever though ... we had a great day with great people cruising in a great car ... if some people can't get past that and let will be ... well, be ... life's too short!

As I stated in the other thread............. I don't see that there's any conflict in the merchandise that's being offered. I'm just glad to see that we have another source of products for our cars. JMHO!

To me, this statement is just another example of not having all the correct info and why I think it is a waste of posting time commenting on this.

Ray - you certainly have the right to your opinion and I agree that we had a great time cruising today. I will ahve to think about but I may have set a new record - I attended a POA event and did not have a single beer!

Crusiing and enjoying our Prowlers are what POA is all about to me! I promise not to post anymore about the prowlerstore. You all can have your fun with it. BTW - the nose cover DID look nice!

My issue with Chris has nothing to do with DC licensing or any of the merchandise he sells!

Chris uses the URL TheProwlerStore.com which is deceivingly the same as our ProwlerStore.com and may be construed to violate our copyright. I/We refuse to consider a change on our part since we coined the URL nearly four years ago!

If Chris agrees to change his URL, I would be more than happy to allow him to advertise here and help support our site. If not, he's on his own and I'm standing by my original decision.

This whole issue (as well as another recent unrelated thread) has turned into a political, mean spiritied, free-for-all against myself by a few people, that like nothing more than to upset the status quo of the POA. Please read The Rules , to which you agreed when you registered. BTW... The rules of this site as well as the rules of Ebay, Yahoo, The Viper Club and other popular sites are not based on the Constitution of The United States!
