Well GANG GREEN laid a big egg with the Fat Pat Chiefs last week. Can't stink it up worse than that ,I don't think. Now we have the arch rival FISHES. Going down to JOISEY today with CT for the home opener. Will the real JETS please stand up? Hope it's not the team from last week! WE JUST NEED A LITTLE TAILGATING TO FIGURE THIS THING OUT...

I feel your pain Tom. Last year we SUCKED! Still not sure about this year!! We have a Blue Springs High School team here that would have given the Chiefs a run for their money last year!!

Guess what record the Bengals set today!!!
Most penalties in franchise history. They jumped off-side, lined up in the neutral zone and moved on the offensive line so many times that I lost count. They had a couple of interceptions and touchdowns negated due to penalties.
QB Carson Palmer has improved tremendously and they finally have a defense. They intercepted 6 or 7 times. They play "Da Bears" next week in Chicago.
They could be in the running at the end of the year.

Ed - Congrats on the Bengals win and your Bearcats beat my school, Western Carolina, Saturday. I understand we had it inside the Bearcats 30 three times in the 4th and came away with no points each time.

Tom and Chuck - Congrats to you guys too. I hope you bruised the Fish up pretty bad, because the Panthers go down to Miami next Sunday. See you in Charlotte in November!

Randy, I graduated from UC but have never been to a football game. I would rather watch high school games. I do like college basketball but not nearly as much as I used to.
UC is now in the Big East and they played a Div. 2 school and barely won. It could get really ugly in the not so distant future in football.

Ed , I think they must have Kenny Anderson and Chris Collingsworth back with them. They may be for real.

Those were two class acts along with Isaac Curtis and "The Rattler". Isaac Curtis would just drop the ball in the end zone, how quaint compared to all the show boating now days.
