It turns out it has been sitting there since January and just got lost in the shuffle. It is spewing fumes and there is a huge area that is quarantined. Not a big deal until they announced that Dennert Dist. cannot send out their beer trucks until they get the RR car cooled down so the threat of fire or explosion is neutralized. You ought to hear the politicians dancing around this one. GenoTex, did you deliver it?
