The little TV that I do watch seems like its just flooded with reality shows....everything from home makeover to extreme makeover to how to be a Hilton to....you name it!
The most amazing thing is that most of my friends are heavy into this ........
Personally I find it may be interesting to watch once but week after week the same thing....I don't know!
One show that I have to admit I kinda got hooked on(and Dusti would probably appreciate this, loving the 80's and all).....is Rock Star INXS!
the story is about 14 singers of which 1 gets eliminated every week trying to become the new lead singer of the band INXS.
Pretty cool......some amazing talent out there!
Anybody else have any opinions?

Well - since I posted a while back that Brooke Burke was "all that" - Rock Star:INXS is one of the ones I watch - plus the performances are awesome.

We have watched Survivor since the 2 hour finale of the first season. If we are home on Sunday evening we'll watch Extreme Home Makeover but don't try to get home or record it like we do Survivor. That's the only show we view on a regular basis. Never saw a episode of Friends, Sienfeld, or many other series. I think I have seen a CSI edisode all the way through four or five times.

I'm not sure if the reality detective shows count? My wife and I like to watch cold case detectives and other similar shows...we always wonder if there will a storyline that does NOT have the husband killing the wife?

I like to sit at the gas station on the corner near our home and watch people's reaction when they see how much it costs to fill their tanks.

It is good to only have a 12 gallon tank in the Prowler.

I don't watch any reality shows....I use TV to escape. I have enough reality in my everyday life.

Gene Simmons Rock School on VH1. Kiss rocker teaching classical music students at a prestigious music school in England how to be rock stars. This show is really quite good and funny. Every Friday night and then replays at various times thru the week. Don't like any others...

Our whole family has watched American Idol.
We kinda got into it because there were local participants (a runner up one year and a runner-up the next).

My wife watches many of them.

Only other ones I have ever watched are the car/cycle ones and the one on discovery about Alaska King Crab fishing- The Deadliest Catch.

I have to agree with Dave Mills, I also have enough reality in my life, I don't need it on TV. I will watch The Andy Griffith Show whenever it's on. I think I have seen every episode made. That is the only show I have ever seen that actually relaxes me!
