I'm still confused...how'd I know that???
[/B]

Maybe you're smarter than yourself. Or maybe, I'm at work posting on forums all day like any good network admin should do, because I pay the monkies to actually go out and fix the stuff and I sit around all day makin up the rules for the stuipid users to follow. Or maybe I'm retired because I made lots of money on Microsoft stock and have nothing better to do than supe up **** boxes and talk **** on forums while I'm waiting on the couple in front of me to tee-off....

You think you know something....yet you're too stuipid to figure out how you thought of it? I can't quite understand why you're so confused. Stop smokin that smack man.

Relax, perhaps when you get a full time job and can save a bit that dream will come true. Anyone who takes the time, like you, to register and post messages here must truly appreciate this type of automobile. Why else would you waist your time? Keep telling yourself that dreams can come true. If you truly believe, it can happen. Then, you won't have to be embarrassed anymore. Good luck!

Actually I'm a really nice guy, I just thought that late 30's african american drivin the purple prowler with the purple wheels was a tool......so just came by to let you know what people are doing to your already lame cars.

Well, one things for sure, you can't write worth a damn. Perhaps when you return to school in the fall, you can ask your teachers about a good third grade reading and writing course. Like I said earlier, when you get your Prowler, come back here and we'll welcome you. I'm sure this community can be forgiving, especially for youngsters such as yourself. Now, put the Gameboy down, go outside and wash Dad's car. Someday, you'll have a drivers license too.

If I had a dollar for every Honda rice burner I left for dead with my 1962 Beetle, I could probably retire. The money kids drop on those jap cars is amazing. They don't think twice about blowing 40 to 50k on "improvements/ bling". The old Beetle with the stroker motor would run high 12's low 13's all day long and my whole car cost less than one of those "turbo kits". I never thought Prowlers were ever meant to be fast, just fun.

His I.Q. is down around his E.T., but leave him on....if he collaborates with his whole crew, they may collectively have enough brains to make a half-wit.

What surprises me is that anyone here is taking the time to bother to reply to him.

I wonder if this is the guy that bought that rice burner that was on EBay a while back with the plywood spoiler, coffee can exhaust, and the Timex wall clock for a tach? Maybe someone can send him that link so he can start thinking about his next upgrades!!

OK Einstein...I'll let you figure out how I know your profession is computers.

All I can say is your vocabulary gives your age away. It's seriously a shame that you have nothing better to do than to come on this great site and bash these good people.

You obviously don't like the Prowler. Who really cares. It's still one of the coolest cars out there and most importantly...

IT'S AMERICAN MADE!!!

Too funny, it had to be like watching 2 - 90 year olds running the 100 yard dash. Just a note, the people that look at your wreck and smile probably aren't because it is a hot ride, they are more than likely laughing at you or getting ready to puke!

Don,
Sorry...I originally said I wasn't going to bother. I'm really getting a kick out of watching him try and spell a lot of the big words.

BEAT IT, SleeperEG8. Go back to your Momma's House. You're not welcome here....That's the only thing I have to say on this matter so as not to keep bringing this topic back to the top.

Parrish's truck may be a sleeper but is well documented in drag racing circles. He will be running it at Hot Rod Magazine's five day /five drag strip run what you drive event next month. It helps that the event starts in Kansas City and he is from Lincoln.

You post like you know him or did you just do a search for fast trucks on Google?

Have fun with your Honda. What's wrong with an African American driving a Prowler? You can compare your car to anything you want. Bottom line is you beat a 15 second car with no guts on the top end on a highway from a high speed start. I beat a BMW M5 from 70 - 130 and can whoop a $85,000 AMG55 everyday and even only got beat by .2 seconds by a Ferrari owned by the father of one of my daughter's soccer mates. Does that mean those cars are POS? NO - it means my nitrous kit made my car fast enough to win at a given time. I can hold my own against most street cars in the 1/8 mile or stop light to stoplight but the V8's and V10 generally gain a lot of ground or catch and pass me in the 1/4. If you race, you either win or lose. It doesn't make you King of the World or roadkill.

Now - I feel better - you can just GO AWAY!

Hey Sleeper
Other than you being a keyboard cowboy pickhead,
I liked the link to the site you posted, it just
takes a long time to load.
But you were right, that truck is a bad machine.
The video's reminds me of a lot of things I did in
the past.
I'm 57 years old and still have three hot rods I like to play with.
I've race most all of them from 2 cycle go karts, to
motorcross, to C Gas Vetts, to Super Mod, to Outlaw
Sprint cars.
I still like to do a little street racing now, or pull
out on a 2 lane highway and pass 2 to 5 cars in a row
in my 05 SSR with the AC on, on the way to work.
I will agree with you, when I drive my Candy Prowler to work,
I only pass 2 or 3 at a time,,,BUT BOY DO I LOOK GOOD.
I still love speed, but the looks of the Prowler makes
up the difference.
I think a custom Prowler is the best looking car on the
road.
Glade you stoped by the site.
Eddie

I downshifted to forth, hit second by mistake as to let him know I was gay. He made a gesture with his head and hands that said 'Go'. I put the pedal down and stalled. He does the typical fly-by as I noticed one of my doors blow off, he slows up ahead and waits for me again, still thinking I may need a push. Third gear this time around, ooops... it was first and it stalled again. I don't even get to his rear bumper when the other door is suked off the hinges. Turbo sputters, and I feel like a dumb ****er. I let out my girlie scream right next to him I get to see the dumbfounded look on his face just as I blow myself off.Gotta Get one of those aluminum boxes......it just looks fast as it is. but for one tenth that price I can stall and feel like a jerk hahaha. Bring on the flamage cause i'm a flamer, cause you all still rule and drive so fast... i feel like little pieces of sh!T.

read it all.....

Yes , the Prowler is a verey cool car, a real factory hot rod, but not a very fast car. Most Europe Cars outrun the Prowler in top speed.
I just drove trough France, had 120mp/h on the Prowler speedo, when my friend passed my in his 32 Ford High Boy Roadster (Brodix, QuickChange 2.28 gears) with 170mp/h. I feld like standing still with the Prowler...
But, I outrun many SL´s ,BMW , Porsche´s in Downtown Street Racing. The Prowler has a perfect traction ,that others dont have !

Well it took him less than a day to get kicked off. Not hard to profile this guy and figure his age by his vocabulary.

So where were you at Woodward where you could have confronted us in person? Oh, that's right, I didn't see any Civic's there. 40,000 Street machines but no Civic's. I rest my case.

But I just have to say it couldn't be much of a race if it started in 3rd or 4th gear. Try real racing off the line sonny.
