I vacationed in Aruba before her disappearance. Hopefully draining the pond will reveal something. I feel so bad for her family and friends.

Without a doubt, a very tragic thing. I can't imagine having your child disappear and not know where he/she is. Hopefully, this case will be solved soon.....

...several months ago a little girl disappeared in Florida, Jessica Lunsford....Jessica was my wifes cousin....a very sad thing for a family to go thru.....Debbie visited Jessicas' family while in Florida a few months ago....the sad part is they have to look at her burial place everyday and relive it every day....I have always been a firm believer in capital punishment, and the recent rash of child abductions and murders only confirms my feelings...

apparently all hope of a safe return for Natalee has been over for a long while....what a shame, young, bright, a great future snuffed out by someone with no concern for the life or welfare of another human being.....the guilty party should be executed immediately....seems the case is centering around rape and murder the last I heard....confirms my suspiscion from the start...

Agree 1000% TUIB ... son of a judge no less, and for the dad to have said "no case without a body" ... I would be moved to irrational action if I were that little girl's parent!

I agree with TUIB on the capital punishment thing...BUT...don't ever EVER make a mistake. I don't trust our judicial system that much!! I'm afraid that we have murdered some innocent people because of over exuborant DAs.
When there is no doubt, I DO believe in CP.

I don't think there is an increase in these incidents, we now know about them all over the world due to TV and the internet. In the "old" days they were just presumed to be runaways. There are a lot of old unsolved missing persons and they will never be found.
