I can understand the color issue because the red is not truly a red. I wish they would have made the color more of a viper red.

Prowler RED has always seemed much closer to Orange to me??
I remember seeing the red the first time in person in the show room...it was like.."What..this is RED?" JMO.

In the shadows or shade, my Red Prowler does have an orange hue...in bright sunlight it is definitely "Dog-D*** Red!

Buddy,

I think you're right on..under indirect light it takes that orange look. I must say though, that under direct sunlight, like a race track, there's no other color that Pops so well!

With just under 19,000 miles...I would say it wasn't very well cared for.JMO

Take a look at the rust in the engine compartment and the tranny cooler. Looks like he may have inadvertently hit a few things with it.
