HALICAT WAS JUST APPLYING A LITTLE 'PREP H' BEFORE THE RACE, just in case there are lots of cautions.....

Ho Hum, other than the fact that it is Daytona, another boring restrictor plate race.

The job is never finished until the paperwork is done...2.5 mile Daytona speedway...... jeffy won the last two races here, but that was then ... and now is now.... You gotta wonder when one of these kids like Kahne, Edwards, or Kyle Busch are going to win one of these marathons.... my picks today are Rusty, Edwards, Mikey and Biffel.....But I am Pickin Tony to win it... he's on a roll and when the shark tastes blood.......its all over.. I love these night races !!! brush my back, shave my toof ... and take me to the races !!!!! wooo hooooo !!!!!

I have never liked restrictor plate racing. Now, there are just too many rules. It ain't for the good 'ole boys anymore.

I just looked at the live cams, it looks very cloudy at Daytona, should keep the track cool.

halicat - you are da man,,,said the Coke drinker from Home Depot would win the Pepsi 400,,,good call. Nobody was going to pass Tony that last 15 laps,,,he had the car and the field covered. Sadler was leading and decided to make his last pit stop early under green. He came back unto the track for two laps [knowing everyone else had to pit also] and then the yellow comes out - unlucky call for him, which cost him the race win = M & M's melted in his shorts!! Two Dodges in the top 5,,,,that really surprised me after their very poor qualifing times - Survivors.Start the Indy cars up,,,,,I'm ready for more racing today!

A/C, I watched the entire race (the first time in my life). I never saw Sadler in the lead. He finished 37th or somewhere around that point. What are you smoking? Tony Stewart led every lap except one in the first 100 laps.
