I know that several of you have some monster garages and monster car collections.

It is not a monster collection by any stretch, my problem is that they are all over the place, in neighbors garages, etc. I guess my claim is that I have at least one vehicle from every decade from 30's to 90's.

1932 model A ford (roadster w/rumble seat, orig, not
hotrod
1933 Austin 7 (looks like a right drive, miniature model a)
1948 willies jeepster (have all the pieces, just need time
to put back together
1954 Chrysler Windsor (beauty, in my showroom
1963 triumph tr3 (my favorite, after the prowler)
1970 vw karmin ghia convertible (absolutely beautiful)
1980 triumph spitfire
1990 jeep wrangler (my first new car, 35k, spotless)
1999 prowler yellow, lots of mods, yea! (purchased last
year when lost 1965 Mercedes 230sl in a flood, nice
insurance check helped)
2000-? waiting for the viper to add.....still dreaming

Chris

nearly 20 years ago.....the garage I should have kept....

* 71 340 Cuda conv...(1 of 292 made)
* 70 HEMI Challenger RT/SE (1 of 60 made)...it was also the first HEMI Challenger ever made....

I currently have more cars, but none as rare or valuable as these would be now...

the HEMI Challenger went to a collector in Michigan, sold him 6 cars in 3 days....the CUDA conv. went to a collector in Washington...

I sold Mason the Daytona and the T/A Challenger pictured below....the T/A was a very rare red/red int 4 spd, it came from Houma, La. (Sidney Bonnecarre previous owner)

We're currently building a second garage for 6 cars (32'x38'). We have an existing garage (about 45x35) but its full of tools, cars under construction, etc. No room for the drivers. My hubby has been adding pictures to his web site as the garage progresses. Since the kids are out of school they get to help dad.

I checked the web page this morning from work and he had posted this pic -- I was surprised to say the least!! My oldest (17 years old) is into unicylcing - and he's good at it. But, its a good thing I didn't see this picture before hubby posted it. I'm going to have to have a talk with him about the kids helping him out!!!!

Cars going into this new garage include my Prowler, my 70 Dart, son's 70 Camero, hubby's 55 Belair, 59 Chevy truck and maybe the 59 extended cab truck.

Steve, yours was the one I had in mind when I posted... I just didn't know what to search on to find the pictures. Your building and collection is unbelievable.

Chris/mysticspot, we need pics!

Paging Mike Krehel....

....I have always been garage impaired, too many cars and not enough space...looks like Cookies panties on top of the Challenger....

....many years ago I sold a 71 CUDA 440 6-BBL....the guy showed up late one night with the cash and we had to go to 3 different storage buildings to find the car....I had forgotten which building it was in.....decided right then I needed fewer cars....
