I'm not much of a Ford guy, but I like the "retro" look of the new mustangs way more than any mustang of the last 30+ years. I have no doubt that if Chevy did something similar with the Camaro (i.e. modernize the 69 Z28) they wouldn't be able to build 'em fast enough.

Mustang

Camaro

In fact, this is the only picture I've found of an earlier mustang that't even worth lookin' at

Here's another shot of the mythical '07 Camaro. I'd leave a deposit on one TODAY. And no, I won't send it to any of you guys so don't get any ideas

i agree! this is the best looking mustang since the early 70s! the problem for me with the mustang is they make way to many of them. there on every corner! ive always owned camaros until the prowler killed that! i will never go back!

Really do like the look of the new Mustang. Those pics of the Camero are just awesome. Sadly it just won't happen.

Lone Ranger is right. Besides, remember those Charger concept drawings? It seems the camaro is missing two doors.

Both myself AND they wifey love the new Mustang - looks awesome and Ford sure hit a homerun with it !!

Knowing GM's recent trent they will continue to "dream" about having a super-seller like the '05 Mustang is gonna be !

Nice design for the Camaro - too bad they don't have the balls to make it happen in reality !! !!

You know you are getting old when someone thinks that body style is an early mustang. (sigh)

New Mustang looks good...Possible Camaro design would dignify the name.

New Firepower...or whatever that new DC car is... should have been named Charger!!! fools in marketing.

Lemmee let you off the hook here - you're feelin' old for nothin' on this one

I just meant it was earlier than the newest body style. To me an early mustang is pre-1970. In fact, they should have called all the crap they built after that and before the newest one something else altogether 'cause they sure as heck weren't Mustangs.

Who's Paul McCartney?

I still like the 93 Cobra Mustang... They seem to be holding their money pretty well too. Might not be a bad idea to pick one of them up pretty soon.

While I do agree that 'they are everywhere'... I can tell you that I LOVE this car! 2000+miles and it's a killer!
Awesome power, and picks up the looks almost as much as the prowler.... maybe 1-2 yrs down the road when there are more out there, it will be less, but the car is great!
Definitely a winner for Ford.

Almost everyone likes the new Mustang.

I was in WalMart tonight checking out some car magazines and two girls about 13 or 14 are going through all of the car mags looking for pictures of the new Mustang! I talked to them a little and they wanted nothing but to own one someday. And this was in a part of town where they all have the little dope smoker cars with the coffee cans under the back bumper or 22"'s on Caddy's!!

i have a 2005 Mustang GT...great car, minus the few problems it seems everyone is having on them...though I'd trade/sell the car in a second for a prowler

Just purchased a red 05 convertable Mustang Thursday night.
Great car....nice feel...gets up and goes. It was that or an SSR. Power:Price:Style had to have one after we test drove. The Cat has another roommate.

Maybe the reason you see one on ever corner is because so many people like them.
