I bought my sweetie (Jo Ann) a gift certificate at her favorite clothing store. I also bought us (NOT her, US) a new vacuum. I gave her the gift certificate first, just to be on the safe side. I made the mistake of getting her a Christmas gift "with a cord" (It was one of those fancy Kitchen Aid mixers that do everything). All her wanted was a portable CD/MP3 player. I either got off cheap for Valentines Day or spent way to much at Christmas!
