A/C...........we traded for a quarterback......not a plumber!

Believe me......Denver fans are no happier with him than you are.........can't you have a little sympathy for us?

CJ - I really hate to see the Broncos taking that kind of beating,,,,,the Denver fans deserve better. I think Lethia's dad [Bronco fan in Wyoming] even turned off the tv to go out and shovel snow = more exciting.

Maybe they can turn it around it the second half? I've got so much confidence in that,,,,,,I'm taking a cat out for a cruise to the lake,,,,,can't stand to watch anymore of the massacre.
Good luck. Those Colts are awesome!

Hey.........we just scored two touchdowns, so who knows! Now if Elway was still there, I wouldn't have a worry in the world.....but then if Elway was there, we wouldn't be playing catch-up!

Oh, well, at least the Chargers went down!

The Bronco's are so far down they'd have to look up to see the belly of a snake........... Just hope that the Colts don't leave their starters in. At least the Falcons aren't losing this week. Next week will be their turn in the barrel!

Well, unfortunate day for the team and the Bronco fans. Say what you want, but at least they made it as far as they did........how many other teams didn't make it that far?

Hopefully, next year, the Broncos will get a new plumber.

It might be better if they get a new quarterback as well....

Bill - yes,,we are an equal opportunity website,,,we'll get you next week, lol.

At least the Broncs got some points up on the board,,,so they kept some of the viewing audience around for awhile.
There is always next year. With the Cardinals in town,,we can't even say that!

I got home in time to watch the last quarter of the Vikings/Packers game. I thought the Pack would win in a close one at home on the frozen tundra,,,,wrong again. Geno - the Pack needs a domed stadium,,,,Vince left many years ago!

Chuck, the JETS were extremely lucky to win that game. I have never seen so many bone-headed plays since I watched the Bengals play for years. Roughing the passer on the last play of the game!!! Geeze that guy should be out of football as of today. Then the 22 year old kicker missed a few feet to the right. The Jets will lose by 20 next week.

AC, CJ and other Bronco fans out there. I have done my best by not responding sooner. But were there any real surprises today? Sorry for the 49 points but I really don't think Indy tried to run up the score.

Actually I think the Bronco's were trying to run up the score. I mean they did score to TD's didn't they?

I'm surprised the Vikes beat GB at Lambeau! Will Brett retire?

Will Marty EVER win the big one?

Since I'm originally from Kansas City and a diehard Chiefs fan, I have to sympathy for the Donkos.

Just wait till next year...and don't ship the plumber KC - keep him in Denver!

Simon- I don't think they tried to run up the score either,,,,,they were just a 30 point better team,,,by halftime. I'm sure the Colts had a mental breakdown during the halftime and slowed way down after that,,,or they would have scored 60+ points

Can't you even give the other players some credit for at least playing better in the second half? Don't judge them by Plummer. I don't recall EVER giving Cards fan that kind of grief when you had to put up with Plummer....

....and don't worry.........Bronco fans are the best...we stick with our team no matter what........

I didn't see the Jets or San Diego playing such a great game either........neither one deserved to win that one.

Please give the Cardinal fans [all 18,000 of them], all the grief you can,,,,the other 4.6 million people of Phoenix wish they would leave town. Credit, sure. The Denver offensive line gave Jake excellent protection/time to set up to throw passes and some receivers made some good catches for touchdowns [I didn't see the second half,,,I was out cruising]. The defense was apathetic! Two years in a row! Last year the Colts won the same playoff game against Denver 41 to 10. Denver gets outscored 90 to 34 in two games against the Colts during two consecutive playoff games, and your looking for compassion? Here it is: Fire the entire coaching staff and the first 22 guys playing defense, and start over rebuilding. Next, trade Jake to the Jets, 49ers, or Raiders and find a new QB who has the ability to lead the Broncs back to be a real contender.

Being from Nebraska, I have always supported Kansas City and Denver teams to win! I guess calling it the way it is,,,,isn't a popular thing to do. We'll see if two more years of mediocre teams keeps Mile-High filled with fans?

As much as I dislike the Donkos, I will say they have a very good coach, in spite of how bad they looked last weekend.

Alley Cat - if there's one thing I've seen in Denver, they support the Broncos no matter if they are winning or losing...just remember the pre-Elway (aka Mr. Ed) era.

Next weekend I think it will be :

Pittsburgh over the Jets (Sorry Chuck - Roethlisberger is special and the Steelers respond to him)

Falcons over the Rams (I still don't think the Rams are for real; but then again I can't believe the Falcons are 11-5 either.)

Vikings over the Eagles (Eagles w/o Owens break
Philadelphia's collective hearts again)

Colts over the Pats (The best matchup of the season in my book.)

Of course I thought the Chiefs were going to have a great season, so what do I know about football???

Bob M - your selections look good,,,but I'll go with the Eagles over the Vikes,,,playing at home has to be a touchdown in their favor. The Colts/Pats winner surely will be favored to win all the marbles, agree.

I've always noticed that if a sports team doesn't live up to the expectations of the fans,,,over time, ducat sales will drop considerably. True, others may pick up the ticket sales lost and corporations always jump in and buy up blocks of seats for their employees and customers, but time will tell. Plummer, after flipping off the Denver boo-birds, has probably alienated many of them already.JMO
