I loved it mostly because for me it was the start of the holiday season and so close to christmas.... and, of course, the pumpkin pie.... our canadian thanksgiving is held mid october and is special in its own way....but even after 35 years of being away...i still count my blessings a little more around the third week of november... enjoy the holiday, and don't forget.... turkey makes you fart
