...several years ago, my friend Mike Guffey brought the "Landy Car" to New Castle for a magazine foto shoot....what a beast....the weather was cold with very strong winds that day....wind chill was below zero....of the 6 Dodge A/FX cars made in 65, Mike has owned 4 of them....one is still missing the last I knew...one was found in the desert burried in sand and restored....last I knew he also owns the "Gas Rhonda" longnose Mustang and I have lost track of what else he has owned in the last few years.....

Would I be dating my age by saying I remember the Landy Dodge as I was graduating from reform school?

....the car has been stored in Hartford City Indiana with it's brothers for the last 15-20 years....it still has the cracked tail light that "Dandy Dick" kicked back in the racing days.....just sitting in the car was a great kick for me.....

tangled, Their was a 65 Plymouth sitting in Greenup, Kentucky in the late 60's or early 70's that was owned by Glenn Worthington. Did you ever see that car or maybe you friend has it in his collection or knows where it is? My wife's cousin's husband and a friend have been working on replicas of both a 65 Dodge & Plymouth for about 10 years. Maybe they will get them finished someday! Dale
