Isn't the Celica a front wheel drive? How do you lose control of a FWD?!?!? I can't break traction in the snow with a FWD! Idiots... |

I've never heard so many of the "F" words in 10 seconds. Got to be a record. |

Looks like the road has a nice crown to it and junior couldn't handle it after starting to go over the center line. Wonder what Daddy had to say to him when he got home? I know I was scared $hit when I had to go home after my first accident. |

Black Tie said: "Isn't the Celica a front wheel drive? How do you lose control of a FWD?!?!? I can't break traction in the snow with a FWD! Idiots... " ---------------------------------------------------------- I don't understand the question. Don't you mean how do you keep traction with a FWD? This means Front Wheel Drive doesn't it? If you can't break traction in a Celica in the snow, it must have even less power than I thought. It never snows here in this part of California, but I get steering problems anytime I accelerate in the rain with a FWD. I have had a Buick, and a Dodge Caravan and whenever I leave a green light or stop sign I have to be careful not to step on it or I just spin my wheels. When I spin my front wheels I have no steering. I don't know about you, but I don't. I have had a Lincoln Mark VIII RWD. When you spin the tires you still have steering. The wheels you use to steer aren't just spinning with no traction. This is why I love RWD cars.... like the Prowler.... More reasons than that, but It is one of them. |
