Went looking for a new SUV and really like the Range Rover, 2003 4 door. They took me on a test drive on a course and WOW. The real issue is they don't want to budge from sticker price. They say demand. Does any one know a Land Rover dealer? Does any one have one? Any drawbacks? Please help ASAP.Frank

Frank, the new rover is a GREAT SUV ...BUT I can tell from taking a 35K loss on 2001 4.6 HSE last year that they DO NOT hold their value...wait a few months since they just did a body update and you pick one up for a lot less than 75K sticker price... also I loved my 4.6 rover but took a big bath when I sold it and it only had 12k miles on it... ------------------ davidn

Get a Hummer instead -- and not that sissy H2, the real deal, the H1.

David's right, they really depreciate! Our friends have one and when they found out how much of a bath they were going to take on a trade-in they gave it to their son as his first car instead. Good luck! Tami
