I had a problem and I knew Jay Harris would be able to help out. I email Jay and he said yes he could and would help. I mailed out Tuesday package to him and when I got home today I had a package on the porch and it was from Jay. He had to have gotten it yesterday morning and mailed out yesterday afternoon. He walked me through the process and talked to me for a while and gave me several pointers on the car. He insisted that I call him back when my shimmers came. They came as promised, I installed them and called Jay. Again, he was extremely helpful and sharing. You can tell that he has a passion for what he does and his customer service reflects it!

At CTC I had a shimmer that was coming loose and Jay immediately went to his kat pulled out a repair kit and fixed it on the spot. Nicest guy I've ever met and incredibly helpful! Thanks again Jay!
