I am going to ride our US House Rep. in some holiday parades.

Any pointers?
i.e. How much weight will the lid support without damage?
What should I place on lid to protect it? etc. ...

Is he a REPUBLICAN or a democrat?

I would only drive a person of my party in my Kat.
I am a businessman. In the oil biz.
I have 2 SUVs.
I have adoptive kids.
They go to a charter school.
I have a concealed to carry permit.
I'm a member of the NRA.
I hate taxes!
I believe in accountability.
In my office I have personalized autographed photos of George W. and Ronald Reagan, at home of George H. and
Jesse Helms.

You guess what party my passenger is in.

Randy, CJ posted about moving the passengr seat all the way forward and have them stang behind the seat and hold onto the headrest. I did that with my two granddaughters and it worked I did not stand in there myself to see how comfortable it is. I think I would put something on the seat "like a booster seat" so that he was sitting higher in the seat and could be visible but not sitting on the trunk unless he is pretty light.

I believe the proper booster seat has been posted as a case of beer with a towel covering.

Randy.........

Here's the info on the post Ed was talking about:

If you push the passenger seat all the way forward and put the seat back upright, there is room behind the seat for a person to actually stand on the floor behind the seat. They can hang on to the top of the seat and lean against the car without being on the deck lid.

I actually went out and tried this once, so I know it can be done. I am 5'0 tall, so depending on the size of the child, that might work.

In addition, I had the Mayor of Pontiac in my car a couple of years ago at Dream Cruise. He was about 6'6". He took his shoes off and put on foot on the passenger seat, one foot on the floor of the car and leaned against the seat and the headrest. He held onto the top of the windshield. Worked fine for him and he was not on the decklid at all.

AC,
Is it because one would shed Donkey hair and the other have Elephant Hair, would that hair clash with how you currently are making your Afghan?
Can you you please elaborate for ANY of your followers...
