We got to "donate" our Durango for a project so it could be featured in SUV Today. It received a new grill insert from GrillCraft. Before this install we had installed a chrome Dakota grill because the Durango did not come with them in '98. I had to change it back to the blue for the installation. Anyway - what do you think? I like it

Mike that is the Intense Blue. They ran the color on the durangos for '98 and '99.

We looked high and low for an IB with the options we wanted and finally came across it at Murphy Shelby Dodge in San Fernando, Ca. It seems that Carrol Shelby (part owner of the dealership) ordered two of them to make Shelby Durangos but only did one of them and told the dealership to sell the other. We caught them at the end of the month on a rainy day and told them we would come back.. we got a call two days later asking if we were still interested. They gave us a good price and we haven't looked back since

Moparmania - I got that at a shop in San Dimas, Calif. They are by GrillCraft. They have a website www.customtruckshop.com but they are in the process of reorganizing the site and don't have the grill inserts on there (at least not the last time I looked). There is also another site, grillesdirect.com - they do have them listed on their site.
