Skuter - no problem there,,,,,,,,,but the next game after might be your exit point. I'm pulling for Pitt, tonight.

Again, it will be a 'all' BIG 12 FINAL GAME. They RULE...

A/C, you may want to "lay off" a few bets on the Kent St-Pitt game.
The refs tried to help out Pitt but the Ohio boys prevailed. Two great games in Lexington tonight.

Ed,
Yes, the refs tried to give one away. Still a very good year for a young Pitt team. Maybe next year.

Lexington was rocking. A friend of mine that lives downtown said you could hear the roar after the Duke-Indiana game. I really like Mike Davis. It's nice to be able to root for Indiana now that Knight is gone!

I'm still worried about tonight's game, but if Prince and Bogans can combine for 40 or so points then I like their chances against anybody. But I completely respect Maryland. They've only lost 4 games all year, and they only lost to some VERY good teams (AZ, Duke, Okla, NC St). UK on the other hand fell to South Carolina and Vandy!!

Go Cats!

Mike

With three freshmen leading the way, my #1 pick Kansas Jayhawks, are still the team to beat. Maryland, Oregon,Missouri, and Oklahoma are the only obstacles.

I think it's great that a Big 12 team finally got to the final four, while the perennial ACC team is back again (4 of last 5 years). But, Kansas had a good run and now will lose to Maryland who will go on to beat the winner of the other side of the ladder - both of those teams don't really count. The "real" final will be Kansas vs. Maryland!

Gene - Maryland has as good of shot at it as do Oklahoma and Kansas. Going to be real close between those three. Think Indiana has played over their heads for two weeks, and its time for them to fold first. Going to be a wild finish!

Hope we can see some OT games, so I can bitch and throw crap at the tv.

I love this game

AlleyCat,

I think it will be the first one that blinks - all four have been playing at a high level of intensity and have shown moments of mental fatigue. I hope we don't have ref. problems - let'em play.

A/C, just got back from Fla and glad to see you are doing so well as Carnac the prognosticator!!! I think I said Maryland would go a loooong way but I admit I also said Duke would go pretty far. If Indiana can keep making those 3 pointers it will be an exciting game tomorrow night. We were driving thru Atlanta during the games last night, also during a deluge. I was wishing I had an air boat to finish the trip home. Got home at 5 AM, just in time to go to bed.

It looks like MeanGene might be the man.

Ed, I blew it. Did pick two teams that made the final four, but that only counts in horseshoes. Maybe I should go back to something I know something about? LOL

We'll know tonite. Just can't believe a team like Indiana, which lost many games, can win it all. Stranger things have happened,,,,,,,,,,,,I'll be watching FEARFACTOR,,,,,eating pig uterine might be more entertaining.

Whoa Lance, what happened to the Big 12? Or were you referring to the women's NCAA finals where Oklahoma at least made the last game before getting blown away by another East Coast team?

Gene - no questions! You the man! Congrats!

But I must say,,,,,,,,,,what a lousy game. Neither team wanted to win until the final 8 minutes. FEARFACTOR wasn't on, so I missed the pig uterine eating contest and had to settle for watching the game
