I'd like to request that the owners above our northern border (Canada) PLEASE stop sending the Cold Fronts from up there all the way down to Houston, TX!! We have two seasons down here, Summer and Feburary, that's it!! I actually had to go out to the garage over the weekend and start Kitty and let her warm up for awhile!!

All said in jest....

Fred, we have had a great winter and the plan was to send the cold elsewhere. This has worked out well for us so far - last week it was warmer here than Florida - I love it.

We only have two seasons here too - Winter and Construction

I was watching the weather this weekend, planning for my cruise on Monday. Sunday it was 27 in Lexington, KY... 62 in Syracuse, NY! What's wrong with this picture?!

Supposed to be near 60 by the end of the week though. I want to put the top down!

Fred, we dodged the bullet here by about 30 miles, difference between 2 1/2" and 24" of snow. The storm had the pungent aroma of an oil field...any idea where that came from? We don't see tumbleweed here very often, does that help?

It is going to be in the mid to upper 50's here the next few days, in the 60's Sat. and a high of 27 on Sunday and back into the 50's on Monday. I will have to see it to believe that forecast.

Hey......I thought this site was for sharing......are you saying that doesn't mean the weather, too? C'mon.......why should we have all the cold weather to ourselves?

I guess it is just me, I moved to Houston in 1972 and away from the New Jersey weather.. That year it snowed in Houston TWICE!! I moved away from that stuff but it followed me!! Well it is starting a warming trend today and it is showing in the 70's for the 10 day forcast,,, Thank You God for that!!

Marty, last year I held 10 events and we did not get rained out on one of them! I'm shooting for a new record this year..
It is easy, just kneel on the ground in front of your car, facing the grill, and lean forward until your head touches the ground and hum "you are my sunshine" very lowly. Do this 5 times and the Prowler gods will smile on you...hehehe

Works for me!!

Fred - I will hold you to the good weather. The dealer is having a hard time getting new weather stripping for drivers side on top, so I don't want to crusie Texas with a towel on my lap.

I hope I can get my trailer flamed before then!

Hi Folks

As Wayne said we have had a good winter (cold season),last week I went for a 3 hour cruise with the top down and had a great day. Didn't even have to spend one night on the island with Ginger LOL.

We have had our FAIR share of bad winters it is time others felt the withdrawal syndrome as well.

Brian, I don't think you have gone any more than 2 weeks in a row without a cruise. Fabulous winter - no snow all winter. Beats years ago when you had to put your car away in November and not let it out until the first of April

WHAT! ME! I wouldn't order this cold stuff for anything!!
I still think we should load our northern Texas border with fans all pointed north and blow this stuff back up!!

At least today it is near 70... 15 more degrees and I'll start to thaw out... Water freezes at 70, right!

Fred the only time cold freezing weather is allowed is when Ice forms on the streets and bridges! That way I could buy another Kat, bigger house, take trips, buy new clothes etc. Im like the UNDERTAKER, I make my living on peoples misfortune. Ofcourse I wouldnt wish anything on any members or their family. Somebody's gotta be in the body shop business, right?

I have visited Houston several times a year since the mid 90's and you all don't need ice to have wrecks. Just the volume of traffic and crazy driving habits are enough!!
