Richard - I posted this on another thread. Here is improving forcast. Fri May 17 T-Storms 72°F 49°F UV Index: 7 High Sat May 18 Partly Cloudy 69°F 49°F UV Index: 8 High Sun May 19 Partly Cloudy 77°F 51°F UV Index: 9 High Accu Weather's is even slightly better. The grass is pretty thick as the track is 128 years old. We will enter on a paved path and drive to grassy area to show cars. Will it be muddy? Maybe. Will we have fun. Definitely!! At least we won't have to worry about snow like we might see in Colorado. Marty

Hahaha Marty, How many people would love to have a snow ball fight in Colorado in June as oppossed to mud rasslin' in Kentucky? Don't worry, we'll have a nice "Colorado welcome" planned for ya when you arrive.------------------

Hey Marc- I have the Hooter's girls all lined for the mud rassling (just in case of rain)Actually, I like seeing the snow in summertime knowing I will leave it behind when we head home! It's been four months since the KAT saw snow. I'm still trying to decide if I like driving in the rtain without windshield wipers though. RainEx is pretty good at speed, but not so good in city driving. I guess for if I were drive in a snow shower as opposed to driving and looking at snow on the ground, I would certainly need my wipers! BTW - we will hand out directions to Colorado here and have arranged for all the Interstate signs to be changed over the weekend so everyone here will be heading your way on Sunday. Hope that's OK with you, Marc! ------------------ 2000 Black with hand painted blue faded to purple flames

Marty Heck yea that's okay with me. I'll be at the Nascar truck races on Sunday but I'll leave the light on and the key in the door. See if you can recruit a few more for the event. Afraid the only snow we may see is if any falls from the sky as we are in a major drought right now. Although I'm sure there will be a little on top of Mt. Evans and Trail Ridge. Enough for a quick snow ball fight any way.------------------
