Mr. Cat, You have sure become a welcome addition to the board. You have a sense of humor, a quick wit and make a valuable contribution. I really belive that the board has improved in the last 60 days! I find more valuable information and a little bit of fun is more prevalent then in the past. I now enjoy posting where as before there was too much of "my dog's bigger than your dog." At my age, I don't let anyone put anything anywhere as I am deathly afraid of what might happen. As to your concern about the 28 year old, I can assure you that my performance is only exceeded by my imagination! In the meantime, it is time for Jerry Springer and he is doing a special program on the effects of Swanson TV Dinners on a balanced sex life and I am anxious to view this particular episode. Afterwards. I'm headed over to Cold Stone Creamery for a quick lick and maybe a romantic interlude with a new young scooper that they recently hired. She makes my sprinkles pucker tighter than a prune whip sundae. I think that she wants to "double clutch" my Prowler stick. She thinks that Auto Shift is a good way to become tactily involved. Thanks Scot - being new to this website, I wasn't sure you cat people were going to digest my off-base humor with acceptance, but I'm pleasantly surprised that most of you have. It is twisted screws like Ed, Marty, Al, Chris, you and myself that keeps this OFF-TOPIC area going. There use to be some guy named GaryC contributing to this area, but he became the "weakest link" and we bounced him to another car site somewhere. Keep up the great script writing and have a great birthday! |

Alley Cat, that is why I like you so much, you are the ONLY one on this site with more bull crap than me. Scott, he was one of the first 10 registered users. He has to keep changing avatars and screen names to keep ahead of the censor. He has been known by the monikers of alley Cat, Le Cat, Sasquatch, Big Foot, and about 4 or 5 others. He NEVER tells the truth. He does domestic work around the Krehel estate as he still does not have papers. |

Larry - What do mean "twisted"? In my case everything I post makes perfect sense.(at least to me) If someone misunderstands what I post it must the alcohol. That, or Rebecca is looking over my shoulder. Scott - if it REALLY is your b-day, REALLY have a happy one!! Rebecca does enjoy all you tales and hopes I will be half as frisky when I reach 65, much less 115. Do you get a kitchen pass and a night out with the "boys"? Ed, Andy, and I should take you out for a night on the town and really get your butt in trouble ------------------ |

Marty, I don't understand why you didn't buy Rebecca a pen light and have her shine it on the tachometer. You could have saved a bundle and she would have felt needed. (I mean even MORE SO, Rebecca). WARNING, do not agree to hang out with Big Foot. I am okay but I am worried about him leading you astray. |

Ed - excellent idea. Marty, return the tach and all the parts and buy the flashlight!!! Rebecca will feel very usefull when you are over revving the cat, and she can use the flashlight to do a 'drawer inspection' on you when you get back home after hanging out with Ed some evening. I should have thought about this much sooner! |

Isn't POA great - getting great minds together for such useful things and creating wonderful ideas. Ed & Larry - you all (note: it is not y'all because we are not in the DEEP South) might be on to something here. Here's my contribution to the idea - nearly dead batteries for the pen light. That way, when I over rev the engine and drop a bunch of pieces in the oilpan that won't be covered by warranty; I can be the first to try to fit the Lotus V8 in the engine bay. That shouldn't cost much more than the tach!! Ed - here is a scary thought. For her birthday in June, one of those BIG birthdays; I bought Rebecca a three day spa package. Guess where she was all alone, without me for 72 hours, Scottsdale!!! What if Larry had known that. My whole life could be different. Scott - Sorry to go off subject, Happy Birthday again. Marty - To be sure there would have been rocks flying back at you in LoueyVille (Texas talk)! Rebecca, next time you are COMING to Scottsdale, just make it a one-way ticket, you won't be going back!!! Besides, I will not make you hold a flashlight (to look for it) or clean my Prowler wheels - I have my convention and concert workers do that for me...................................... |

Larry, I would be remiss if I didn't call your attention to Ed's "anti squeal" gel commentary, brilliantly disguised in the ceramic brake pad discussion. I inadvertantly discovered it while doing a site wide search using "goopy stuff" and vooompf...there it was! Any chance this could be repackaged K-Y gel found in Ed'd second chance store? ------------------ This message has been edited by MIKE GATLIN on 09-07-2001 at 04:08 PM |

Mike - Excellent point and observation. Ed is clever at hiding things in different post, where he feels we won't notice it or wants to get the final word in. Very sly individual. I believe he is the Ohio distributor for K-Y jelly, but just refuses to confess that to us because he is aware of the remarks that will later follow him. S**** once told me that he uses that product on his nose at night, trying to keep it from growing,,,,,,,,,,,,or so he tells her |

Cliff, I heard that there is proof of Scots age, but it is chiseled in a cave wall somewhere in Arizona. ------------------ |

A special thank you to all of you who were kind enough to pass on to me birthday wishes. As Gary will tell you, I am a product of a mixture of old age, young thinking and modern medicine. It is true that my age is chiseled in stone, but it is not in Arizona. It is in stone, at the local Cold Stone Creamery, where I partake in a fat frenzy on a regular basis. My escapades with my Prowler help to keep me young and supple. I honestly do not know why the honey's are so attracted to me and, at this point, I don't think that I should question it any longer. I just have to assume that it is a delicate balance of my rugged good looks, past reputation and incredible sized...wallet. Anyway, today is Saturday, and I am scheduled to run the 10K marathon followed by a vigorous workout at the local 24 Hour Fitness gym with my personal trainer. She says that she has big plans for me during the next 24 hours so I'll keep you posted. By the way, Gary was kind enough to come over yesterday and offer to take me out for a Sushi dinner but unfortunately, I was in LA for the day viewing plots for future use. Scot ------------------ |
