I've been out more than in lately and haven't heard how things are going for Marc and JD and your cars. Update please!

Mike
With the help of Donnie and Donna who had to pick my car up due to flight delays on July 11 the car is back home and running fine. I drove it the 400 miles back home on the 12th and even had to beat a SC Mustang twice upon pulling into Denver after he laughed at the car. (Probably had something to do with the duffle bag and fishing pole tied to the luggage rack).
It was ready on the 10th only a week after it was diagnosed thanks to Bob Longstreth and the great crew at the Rapid City dealership (Liberty Motors). My cost, 70.00 for them to change out the gearset.
Just remember when you have your tranny serviced the service manual is wrong. Put in 5-51/2 quarts, drive it so to get it into 4th and check fluid again. Or have the system completely purged and all new fluid installed, but still drive it to check final level. My dealer didn't drive it and thus left it a couple quarts low which burnt it up.
