On CourtTV, the verdict is going to be read for the Scott Pertson trail at 1:00 PM Pacific Standard Time. The latest jury was out 6 hours. |

I thought he was guilty, but never thought he would get convicted--too bad we cant get "The Juice" any more. |

My question is that the jurors have found Scott Peterson guilty of murder in the 1st degree (intent to kill and premeditation), but guilty only in the 2nd degree (didn't plan it) of killing his unborn child? I guess we'll have to find out from the jurors after the sentencing.------------------ |
