Occasionally I have had problems where the cookies were lost and had to repeatedly sign in and then go thru the task of resetting them. Well I just downloaded a new web broser from Mozilla called Firefox. I only had to sign in once when I logged on the site and it has worked everytime since without having to set up cookies thru the test topic. It looks and feels like MS explorer but reportedly has less problems with hackers,viruses etc. Free download at http://www.mozilla.org/ .
