Looks like the "real" seller has found out about it and posted it is a HOAX. Looks like the Prowler pic has been replaced with a clutch pic.

Actually it's been relisted - at the same price ($1100)

Apparently the guy trying to pull this scam ain't too bright though - if you scroll down to the photos and look at the 2nd photo in the left hand column, you'll see a "West Coast Motors" license plate insert with an image of California on it. Those guys have listed that car a number of times with a buy it now price of over $40k. Unless he bought it from them, had it shipped to England, decided he didn't like it and is willing to take a $39,000+ loss, I'd say there's somethin' a bit fishy goin' on here

Hold on a minute - looks like it's been cancelled yet again for "an error in the listing".

We'll keep you updated as the saga unfolds...

Both links worked fine for me.

I'll admit, this one is very fishy though.

If you bought this Prowler and opted for the 5-year/ 6% loan, your monthly payment would be: $19.14.

...guess that explains it !
I'm always a curious person so I emailed that fella yesterday in regard to the sales price and here's the result:

Hello there,

thanks for your interest in my vehicle.
I will have to say that I have choosed the preapproved option from ebay
because i have had several problems with bidders in the past and i don't
want to make the same mistakes again.
I am only looking to sell my vehicle without any problems and as fast as
possible.
Let me tell a few things about the vehicle condition:
The condition is excellent.
As you can see from the description the vehicle has a low mileage.
It has absolutely no techincall damage or problems.
It wasn't involved in any accidents or crashes.
It was well kept( garaged).
There are no flaws, dings or scratches.
The interior and exterior look excellent.
And also you should know that I have never smoked in the vehicle.
I'm the first owner of this vehicle and I have title in hand so, the
transaction can be completed quickly.
Shipping Terms & Conditions:
The shipping address must be provided before sending the payment.
The vehicle will only be sent after receiving the deposit payment.
Since I am located in Cheshire, United Kingdom at this precise moment I have
agreed with
eBay to send my vechicle for inspection.
This way, both sides (seller and buyer) are insured by eBay Square Trade.
Payment:
The deposit amount is $5000 and it will be sent by Western Union wire
transfer.
Western Union procedures are simple, to make the transfer all you have to do
is to go to any agent and make the transfer to the name and address i'll
provide you.
The rest of the payment can be made by Westernunion wire transfer, Paypal,
COD, bank transfer.

Here is my name and adress :

Andrea Wolastrom

50 Watergate Street
City: Cheshire
Zip code: CH1 2LA
Country: United Kingdom

The vehicle is ready for shipment, I just need your deposit confirmation
from Western Union with the transfer's details and the vehicle will be
delivered to your address.
You will then receive the tracking number for the vehicle so you can check
it by yourself.
Refund:
After the vehicle arrives, you have an 7 days period for inspection.
If the vehicle is different than the way i've described it, you'll have a
100% refund - transfer fees and the vehicle will be shipped back on seller's
expence.
Anyway, I don't think it will be necesary, you'll love this car from very
first moment you'll see it.
Buy with confidence!
I will have a recomandation email from eBay's Square Trade be sent to you to
proof my trustworthiness.

Thank you for the conceded time and I´m looking forward to your reply.

Warm regards

Send him an email telling him you're going to be in Cheshire for a month starting this Friday and want to look the car over and seal the deal there, and ship it back when you return. It'll be funny to see what he then comes up with.
