After the College tours started in 1970, they came to Virginia Tech, when I was a senior. The auditorium was packed! A lot of fond memories of that show.

I loved the show-but am just barely old enough to remember
I was reading this:
Unlike the other puppets, Princess Summerfall Winterspring of the Tinka Tonka tribe became a real-life girl in 1951. As the real-life Princess she was played by Judy Tyler and later, Linda Marsh

Linda Marsh was my first cousins wife. Send SASE for my autograph.

Be careful what you say Jim. Things will come back to haunt you around here--especially with Dan Pena's talents Just ask Gary C.

She was Princess Diana!!!! Wow, I never knew that.
I would have watched Howdy Doody and Buffalo Bob and the rest of them but we did not have a TV. We were Amish.

Ed: When you were a kid, Howdy Doody was still a tree trunk.
