A couple days ago I got an email from paypal about a class action lawsuit settlement for those opening an account between October 1, 1999 thru January 31, 2004. I thought it strange nobody else mentioned receiving this email, so I called paypal just now and they confirmed it is a legitimate email. Some of you may have deleted it thinking it was not real, or may have deleted it without reading it at all. The email is lengthy, and I have, so far, only skimmed it briefly, but I thought some of you might want to know to look for it in your email. |

I also received it and I read it. The specific complaint for which the suit was filed didn't apply to me so I deleted it. |
