It starts out with a guy rebuilding a 60's model Plymouth muscle car. Paints it black. He end up in a town sponsering a drag meet. He street races a guy with a 442 and wrecks the Plymouth. He make friends qwith the tow truck driver who is driving a 30's vintage tow truck. They find a 40 Willys in a junk yard and put the Plymouth Motor in it. Robert Culp stars as the rich guy heavy who runs the town and owns the police. He makes life miserable for the Plymouth guy. What is the name of this movie?
