home Audio systems. The guy pops out of his white van and say's ....Hay I have these extra systems in my truck that the builder does not need at these new track homes. I said ya right!! no really!! they are 2000.00 systems I will sell you it for $700.00. I said no thanks!! He drops it down to 400.00 no thanks I said! abouit 10 min go by and he says what do you have on you? I said $80.00 and he said that would be fine. So then I said how about $50.00 and he agreed. And I thought what the hell for $50.00 why not, they look nice, but they could be crap. All of the stuff is in new packaging and look good but who the hell knows. The name brand is Digital Research? Does anyone know if I got scammed out of $50.00?

Here is another person talking about them. He at least likes the system he bought.

Digital Pro Audio Digital Pro Audio Ilegal Business Lies Good Product Provo Utah Provo Utah

Digital Pro Audio

Phone Number:

Fax:

I'll be the first to admit that yes, they are scammers and are illegal but when I purchased these I had actually already been on here and read about these. I went on again before I bought them and I found out that no one ever said they sucked. I bought them for $150 took them home and I had my whole house shaking from the floor to the roof.

These speakers are LOUD and CLEAR! My bro in law had some really nice sony's and now he wants to buy my Digital Pro Audio Speakers. People, these speakers are good quality, but remember you HAVE TO HAVE A AMP and a GOOD one to make them sound good. These things are not cheap Shi*, they will not work well with a cheap amp. I'm really hoping that I see him again because I want to buy 2 more for the back of the room now.

IMHO you guys are just looking for attention. Try helping out with someone who is actually doing something bad, not someone that is selling good products cheap just to make some extra money. And yes, I don't work for them and I have only met them once. I am not paid by them nor have I ever talked to anyone from their company besides the guy I bought my pair from.

There was a segment on Prime Time about these guys. Its a rip off big time. They found the warehouse where they were loading up . Then the prime time guy let hem stop him just blocks away. Speakers left over from a build. Prime time bought them and had them tested and they were junk. Big time scam.

a friend of mine bought some of the "white van" speakers a few years ago, paid $150......got them home and they were just the speaker cases, no guts in them.....

these guys ocassionally hang around several gas stations in town here looking for high $$$ cars to stop.....they come screaching up to you and the story is they were left over from an order, and they just want to get some cash for them rather than haul them back to the warehouse.....after being approached several times by the same guys, I finally told them I wanted to see their vendors license, bills of lading, and see their fed tax ID number.....I also told them if the speakers were over ordered, they really belonged to the customer, or the supplier.....if they sell these speakers, that means they stole them........they took off out of the lot so fast their back door flew open and one of the speakers flew out and hit a parked car......I knew it was just a scam, I was just havin a little fun to get even for my buddy that bought the empty boxes from these guys.....

I would NEVER buy anything like this--for any price--just cuz I won't even talk to them. I just stay silent and keep walkin'! Not into getting a "white van" deal of any kind! But that's just me...no disrespect to any of you who DO listen to their sales pitches! Whenever one approaches me and says, "Can I ask you a question?" I always say, "NO!" ...and keep walking...away from them! Ty-K

Don't buy the speakers. These kids are all over the place, any time I go to best buy or circuit city I see 'em. Most of them are homemade speakers not the name brand and if they are name brand, I would put money on this, the kids work at another local best buy and just steal the speakers and sell them at another location. Had friends that used to do this.
