I will try to be brief if thats somthing I can do.First off thank you all for your thoghts and prayers yes I can always use all the help I can get, so thank to you. now the hard part for years I have heard of people with Diabetes even family members but for the most part they dont look sick they function day to day so your thoughts are so ok your a diabetect big deal. I have been affected with this way back in 97 I took care of myself a couple of years then seemed to forget about it. Now Im haveing a really hard time but in a short time it will all strightn out and I will act as normal as anyone else I had a heart test yesterday and came out very good showed a couple abnormal things but nothing to worry about will have more testing done on thursday. I have tried to post some as of late but run out of enegry fast and if I post to much I seem to get in trouble so best I just relax. So my friend JD I just want you to remember the last couple of years and all you have been through nearly dieing in a car crash ect.ect. In finishing this up if any of you have a hint of high blood dont wait get on it now. JD I love ya man. curtis ps if nothing else being sick brought me to my senses and I have done the last mod to my car hehehe ------------------

I am glad to hear some of your tests are coming out OK.Now - about the comment that you have done you last mod, I don't believe it for a minute.

Curtis, me too. Thank God you came to your senses and quit modding the car. The diabetes is not a big deal, but defacing a STOCK cat is a crime. Take your gloucophage now. lol. Keep it under control and quit eating all those carbs. Hope you feel better quickly.

Curtis......glad to see you post and to hear that they are getting things under control. Listen to your doctors and do exactly what they say. My father had adult-onset diabetes and my two older sisters have recently been diagnosed with the same. As you know, it is something that you can live with and can be controlled.Take it easy, get yourself back up to speed and you'll feel better! CJ

I had a scare with high blood pressure earlier this year and it was a serious wake up call for me. I've always had a problem with my weight but no big "D" I consider myself very lucky. At 62 anything can happened, but I sounds like you've got a handle on your problems. Like the other threads have said, do what the doc's say and get rid of all the stress you can-what ever it takes! We all love ya' man and we only want the very best for ya'. Of course if you can keep your Kat stock I'll have to do the same-YA' THAT WILL happened!!!!!! Hang in there DUDE! I'll call ya' soon so I can keep tabs on ya'. Obi-Wan

Hey Curtis... U gotta get the Prowler party started. Initially, U got me inspired & started to get my cat ownership exciting. Remember that time when you said you are selling your 'owsome orange? Well, you got a barrage (a whole lot of it..40-50 posts?) of "Curtis-don't-do-it" replies inc. mine. So young man, maintain that PMA (pos. mental attitude). Our hearty wishes & prayers to you for your long life. So let's hook up as aging is only a state of one's mind. See U & your lovely wife soon.
